Support requests scattered across DMs and random channels are hard to track and easy to lose. Wody's ticket module gives every member a clean, private channel for their issue, and gives your staff a system for handling it.

A ticket panel goes in any channel you choose. Members click a button to open a ticket, staff claim it to avoid duplicate replies, and once it's resolved the channel closes with a full transcript saved automatically, so nothing gets lost even after the channel is gone.
