Normas de las comunidades
Last updated: 15 October 2026
8. What Wody stores about listed servers
When a server is listed, Wody stores the profile you write (name, descriptions, category, tags, languages, invite code, social links, colors, images and the roles you choose to show), the Discord server ID, public figures read through the Wody bot (member count, online count, voice count, boosts, icon and creation date), your Discord user ID as owner, the people you add as managers, the submission history and the review decisions. Reviews, favorites and reports are linked to the Discord account that made them. Visits and invite clicks are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
- Public: the published profile, including the invite, and the public figures shown on it
- Private: owner and manager accounts, moderation notes and messages, who wrote a review or report
- Nothing is sold, and unpublished or suspended listings are not indexed by search engines
9. Your responsibilities for the information you list
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not put personal data about members in a profile, only use images and text you have the right to use, and keep the information accurate and current. Owners and managers can edit a listing at any time, and deleting a listing removes its stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Statistics and automatic checks
Member counts and similar figures are read automatically through the Wody bot and can be slightly out of date. Wody checks that the invite still points to the same server. A listing can be marked unavailable or suspended when the bot is no longer in the server or the invite stops working.
Rules for the official Wody Discord community
These guidelines apply to the official Wody Discord community. They work together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. They are written for members first, and give moderators a clear base to act proportionately.
1. Respectful behavior
Communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, intimidation, hate speech and persistent unwanted contact are not allowed. Disagreement and criticism are welcome when expressed respectfully, including criticism of Wody. Ordinary disagreement is not a violation.
2. Discrimination and hateful conduct
Targeted attacks, discriminatory harassment, and content that promotes violence or hostility against people because of protected or otherwise relevant personal characteristics are not allowed. The rule is applied consistently and in proportion to the situation.
3. Spam and disruptive behavior
Do not flood channels, repeat unsolicited messages, use excessive mentions, post disruptively, fake engagement, or interfere with normal discussion. Taking part actively is welcome; deliberate disruption is not.
4. Advertising and self-promotion
Advertising, invitations to other servers, affiliate links and promotions are allowed only where a channel or a staff-approved arrangement allows them, including existing promotional channels and partnerships. Unsolicited promotion in other channels or by direct message can be removed.
5. Scams, phishing and malicious content
Fraudulent offers, phishing, impersonation for financial gain, malicious links, credential theft and deceptive giveaways are not allowed. Suspicious content may be removed and accounts may be restricted where justified.
6. Impersonation and misleading representations
Do not claim to be a Wody developer, administrator, moderator, official partner or representative unless you are. Official announcements and partnership claims must be verifiable through the official Wody channels. Members and independent bot developers do not represent Wody just by being in the community.
7. Privacy and personal information
Do not publish another person's private information without authorisation, do not dox, do not threaten with personal information and do not misuse private conversations. Report privacy incidents to the staff or to contact@wody.online. Reports may need to be reviewed to be investigated, so absolute confidentiality cannot be promised.
8. Discord bots and automated tools
Official Wody services (Wody, the Dashboard and Wody Counter) are different from independent third-party bots, which are operated by their own providers and are not controlled by Wody. Do not abuse bots, exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, evade technical restrictions, or deliberately disrupt services. Server administrators should review the permissions and configuration of any bot before giving it access. See the third-party section of the Terms.
9. Security and vulnerability reporting
If you think you found a security problem, report it privately by email to contact@wody.online and do not publish exploit details. No response time or reward is promised.
10. Channel usage
Use each channel for its purpose, follow channel-specific rules, staff instructions and announcement formats.
11. Moderation and staff decisions
Moderators may remove content, warn, restrict participation, apply temporary restrictions, or remove members, depending on the seriousness and circumstances. Serious misconduct can be handled urgently and without a prior warning. There is no formal appeal procedure with guaranteed deadlines; if you think a decision was wrong you can explain why to the staff or write to contact@wody.online.
12. Reporting violations
Report suspicious behavior, abuse, scams, harassment or other violations to the staff in the community server, or by email to contact@wody.online. Reports must be made in good faith; knowingly false reports meant to harm another member are a violation. Legitimate complaints and criticism are never a violation.
13. Enforcement and proportionality
Consequences can include content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, temporary or permanent bans, or other restrictions available to the staff. They depend on the seriousness of the violation, repeated behavior, potential harm, available evidence and applicable law. No consequence is automatic or guaranteed.
14. Changes to these guidelines
The guidelines can change as the community, the service, security needs or the law change. Significant changes are announced in the official Wody community channels when reasonably necessary. Individual notification or renewed consent is not promised unless the law requires it.
