Wody, the Discord bot and this dashboard, is operated by Păcurar Ancuța-Narcisa, an individual based in Romania, European Union (the "Operator"). Reach us at contact@wody.online. The service has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or sponsorship by Discord Inc.

By inviting Wody to a Discord server, logging into the dashboard or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Community Guidelines, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If any of that doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.

For the purposes of these Terms and the related policies, the following definitions apply:

Wody - Wody is our Discord bot and includes the modules and features made available through the bot and its services.

Dashboard - The Dashboard is this website and its management interface, where authorized users can configure and manage Wody and access the available settings and functionality.

Wody Counter - Wody Counter is a separate Discord bot project operated by us. It does not use the Wody Dashboard and is managed directly within Discord. You can invite Wody Counter directly to your server.

Wody is a Discord bot paired with this web dashboard. The homepage presents 20 modules covering the core community management features below, with changes configured from the dashboard and applied without a bot restart. The service is free to use, while Premium access is invitation-only and unlocks additional features and higher limits. Between them they cover:

• Welcome & Auto Role: custom welcome messages, DMs and auto-role assignment on join. Embed or plain text with dynamic placeholders.
• Goodbye: sends a farewell embed when a member leaves the server. Fully customizable.
• Moderation: all the essentials, including /ban, /kick, /timeout, /warn, /purge, /slowmode, /lock, warnings history and mod-log persistence.
• Automod: layered protection for spam, invites, links, mentions, raids, scams, phishing, bad words, caps, duplicates and message floods with a role whitelist.
• Tickets: button panels, private channels per user, claim by staff, closable with automatic transcript export. Standard servers can have up to 1 ticket panel; Premium servers have no limit.
• Reaction Roles: four modes (normal, toggle, unique, verify) covering self-assignable roles. Standard servers can have up to 1 reaction role panel; Premium servers have no limit.
• Captcha: new members verify on a dedicated web page before a configured role is granted.
• Giveaways: one-click entry, automatic ends, reroll winners. Standard servers can have up to 1 active giveaway; Premium servers have no limit.
• Levels: XP-per-message with cooldown, level-up messages in a dedicated channel, /rank and /leaderboard.
• Suggestions: members submit ideas, moderators approve or deny with buttons, and the embed history is preserved.
• Auto Responses: trigger-based automatic replies, case-insensitive, with an exact-match option. Standard servers can have up to 5 auto responses; Premium servers have no limit.
• Custom Commands: simple prefix-based text commands, perfect for !rules, !info, !partners and every FAQ answer. Standard servers can have up to 5 custom commands; Premium servers have no limit.
• Embed Builder: design and send rich embeds with title, description, color, footer, image and thumbnail straight to any channel.
• Scheduled Messages: sends plain text or embeds at a set time, once or on a repeating interval, fully managed from the dashboard. Standard servers can have up to 1 active scheduled message; Premium servers have no limit.
• Forums: automatic tagging and cooldown policy applied to forum posts. Standard servers can have up to 1 configured forum channel; Premium servers have no limit.
• Full logging: message delete/edit, nickname changes, member join/leave and every mod action logged with timestamps.
• Pools: create pools with multiple answers, schedule them to close automatically, collect member votes and view live or final results.
• Vote: a command that lets you vote for Wody on listed bot directories, with your lifetime vote total tracked against your Discord account.
• Backups, Premium: snapshot roles and channels, restore in one command.
• Temporary Voice, Premium: join-to-create dynamic voice channels.
• YouTube Notifications, Premium: automatic Discord alerts when a chosen YouTube channel uploads.

What Wody Counter actually does

Wody Counter is a free Discord bot from the Wody ecosystem designed for counting channels.

Wody Counter does not have a separate dashboard. Its functionality is provided directly through Discord.

It helps Discord servers manage counting games with features such as:

• Counting channels with basic sanity checks.
• Resetting the count when a participant makes a mistake.
• Direct information notifications.
• A game ban system that allows authorised administrators to restrict specific users from participating.

Wody Counter is currently provided free of charge. You can add Wody Counter to your Discord server using the invite option provided on this website.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

"Free forever" means that Wody Counter is currently provided without a charge. It does not guarantee that the service or any particular feature will remain free or available indefinitely.

Any uptime statement, including a 24/7 uptime target, is a target and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Wody Counter Policies

Wody Counter is subject to its own policies, which are available separately:

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord for your country or region, including any higher minimum age required by applicable local law, to use Discord and, through it, Wody. Wody does not set a separate lower age limit and does not override Discord's age requirements. If applicable law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian for your use of an online service or for a particular processing activity, that requirement continues to apply. To change any setting for a server through this dashboard, you must be that server's owner, or hold a role the bot recognizes as authorized to manage it. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service follows the laws and mandatory rules that apply to you. Wody is made available internationally, but the service is not represented as lawful or appropriate for every person, purpose or jurisdiction. Where the use of a feature is restricted or unlawful under applicable law, you must not use that feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

You won't use the service to:

• Break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any law that applies to you;
• Spam, phish, spread malware, run raids, mass-DM, or harass anyone;
• Try to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, the dashboard, its API, or its database, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your relationship to a server;
• Pull personal data on other Discord users beyond what Discord's own APIs already expose through normal use;
• Do anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

You are responsible for granting the bot only the permissions you intend it to have and for reviewing those permissions before inviting it to a server. Breaking any of this can get your access cut off, the bot removed from the server involved, the server blacklisted, and where warranted, reported to Discord Trust & Safety or the relevant authorities.

The Community Guidelines explain what is expected from members of the official Wody Discord community. They apply alongside these Terms. If something is covered by both, the stricter protection for users and the service applies, without limiting any right you have under applicable law.

Anything you write into the bot, welcome messages, custom commands, auto responses, ticket text and similar, is stored so the bot can use it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You're responsible for that content: that you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or violate Discord's own rules.

The YouTube Notifications feature may use WebSub as its primary method for receiving notifications from configured YouTube channels. WebSub callbacks are received over HTTPS and, where available, relevant callback signatures are verified before processing. The official YouTube Data API may be used as a fallback when necessary.

Wody does not use scraping, browser automation, or parsing of YouTube pages to provide this feature, and does not download or re-host videos. Wody may process and temporarily store channel and video identifiers, metadata returned by YouTube services, notification timestamps, delivery and processing status, deduplication identifiers, and limited technical information required to process, validate, retry, or prevent duplicate notifications.

YouTube Notifications do not collect YouTube passwords or other account credentials and do not authorize Wody to like, subscribe, comment, create views, or modify videos on a user's behalf.

Your use of YouTube Notifications is also subject to the applicable YouTube Terms of Service. By using this feature, you agree to comply with applicable YouTube terms and policies.

Premium is free and no payment changes hands, so there is nothing to refund and Premium has no monetary purchase price. The homepage describes Premium as invitation-only. It unlocks Backups, Temporary Voice channels, YouTube Notifications and unlimited creation limits across modules. There are two ways to get it:

• Discretionary grant: usually to server owners who actively promote Wody, approved manually after you reach out in our community server;
• Vote unlock: use the /vote command to vote for Wody on the bot directories it links you to; once your lifetime vote total on your Discord account reaches 100, open a ticket in our community server to claim your Premium key, which can then be activated on any server you own.

A Premium key is rate-limited, tied to the account or promotion it was issued for, and can be activated on one server at a time. We can grant, withhold, revoke or pull premium access at any time, for any reason, including if the promotion behind it turns out to be fake, if votes are found to be manipulated or automated, or if the underlying directory removes the vote.

Wody is designed to be available continuously, and the homepage lists a 24/7 uptime target. This is an operational target, not a promise that the service will be available without interruption. Like any online service, Wody may experience temporary downtime, maintenance, technical failures, hosting incidents, Discord API or platform outages, network problems, or other events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage, response time, or uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed, limited or removed when necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for downtime arising from maintenance, hosting incidents, hardware failures, software bugs, third-party API changes, or any interruption to the service.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, including signed HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite session cookies, a short-lived OAuth2 state check, HTTPS encryption, server-side authorization checks and established infrastructure providers such as MongoDB Atlas and Vercel. The dashboard session data and Discord OAuth tokens are kept server side rather than inside the browser authentication cookie. The browser session cookie can remain for up to 7 days, while the server-side session may expire sooner based on the Discord access token lifetime. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Wody is operated by an individual rather than a registered company. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You give the bot permissions on your server at your own risk. Review what it asks for before inviting it, and keep your own backup of anything on your server that you would be unable to replace.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights, to the extent such claims arise from your unlawful use of the service.

Remove the bot from your server and log out of the dashboard whenever you want to stop. We can suspend or end your access, or the bot's presence anywhere, at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably practicable, including where necessary to protect the service, other users or comply with legal obligations, or for shutting the whole service down.

The Wody name, logo, and the dashboard's design belong to the Operator. You get a limited, revocable license to use the service as intended. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from the code, design, or branding needs our written permission first.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, hosting failures, Discord service interruptions or governmental actions.

Economy and Wody Games are Premium modules. All coins, gems, chips, items, pets and other game values are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and Wody does not offer gambling for real money. Chips can be converted into Economy coins only at the rate and within the daily limits set by the server administrators.

Server administrators configure prices, rewards, taxes, limits, events and resets for their server and are responsible for those choices. Game data may be reset by administrators or by Wody to correct errors, and we do not guarantee that virtual balances or items will be kept forever or restored after a reset.

You must not use scripts, automation, duplication bugs, multiple accounts or any other method to gain an unfair advantage. We and server administrators may remove balances or items obtained this way and may restrict access to the module.

Birthdays is free. Members choose whether to share a birthday and with which privacy level. You must only enter information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share, and you must not enter another person's birthday without their permission.

Server administrators may use the module only to celebrate members and must respect the privacy level chosen by each member. Administrators are responsible for how they use the data they can see in their own server. Birthday roles and messages depend on the permissions you grant to Wody.

Stream Notifications is a Premium module that posts alerts for Twitch streams and, for creators who connect their own account, TikTok videos. You may add a streamer or connect a TikTok account only if you are entitled to do so, and you must follow the terms of Twitch and TikTok, including the Twitch Developer Services Agreement and the TikTok developer terms.

Alerts depend on third party services. Twitch and TikTok can change, limit or stop their interfaces at any time, so we cannot guarantee that every alert will be sent, or sent on time. TikTok alerts are available only for accounts that have been connected through the official TikTok login. We may disable a provider if this is required by its terms or by law. Alert text is written by server administrators, who are responsible for it.

Community Discovery is a public directory of Discord communities. By submitting a listing you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility. Only the owner of a Discord server, or a person with the permissions required by Wody, can create a listing for it. You must have the Wody bot in the server. One server can have one listing.

Your content. You are responsible for everything in your listing, including the invite, images and links. It must be accurate, must not impersonate a person, brand or other server, and must follow the Community Guidelines at /servers/guidelines. You give Wody a free, non exclusive licence to display the content in the directory, in search results and in link previews while the listing is published. You keep ownership of your content.

Review and publication. Every listing and every later change is reviewed by Wody before it becomes public. Wody can approve, ask for changes, reject, suspend, unpublish or delete a listing at its discretion, for example for breaking these Terms, for a broken invite, for reports or for abuse. Approval is not an endorsement and Wody is not responsible for what happens inside a listed server or for the conduct of its members.

Names and addresses. Each public address and community name can be used by one listing at a time. We may refuse or change a name or address that is misleading, reserved, or already in use. Addresses are not property: a deleted listing frees its address, and Wody may reassign reserved or abandoned ones.

Reviews and reports. Reviews can be written only by members of the server and are moderated. Fake, paid, abusive or off topic reviews and links in reviews are removed. Listing owners cannot review their own server. Reports are handled by the Wody team and the outcome is at its discretion.

No guarantees. Listing position, featuring and badges are decided by Wody and can change. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks or members. Features can be changed or removed. Custom domains are not offered.

Wody may be used alongside independent Discord bots, applications, integrations, and other external services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are operated by their respective providers and are not controlled by Wody.

Wody does not guarantee the availability, functionality, reliability, security, data handling, moderation decisions, or performance of independent third-party services. Users and server administrators are responsible for evaluating the permissions, configuration, terms of service, and privacy policies of the external services they choose to use.

The presence of a third-party bot on a Discord server where Wody or Wody Counter is also installed does not mean that the third-party bot is developed, operated, approved, or controlled by Wody.

References to, recommendations of, integrations with, or partnerships involving third-party services do not, by themselves, constitute a guarantee of their safety, reliability, compliance, or performance. Any additional commitments must be assessed according to the actual terms of the relevant partnership or written agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wody is not responsible for the independent actions or omissions of third-party providers that are outside Wody's control. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, data protection obligations, or other legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This section does not limit Wody's responsibility for its own conduct, systems, or legal obligations.

To keep these categories clear, the following are different things and are not covered by identical practices or commitments:

• Wody: the Discord bot and this Dashboard, operated by the Operator.
• Wody Counter: the separate counting bot described in Section 3, also operated by the Operator.
• Partners: services presented on our Partners page because of an actual relationship with them. Partner status does not guarantee the quality, availability, security, legality, or performance of a partner service, and each partner remains responsible for the services it operates, subject to applicable law and any agreement that actually exists.
• Independent third-party bots and applications: services that merely share a Discord server with Wody.
• External platforms: Discord, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and the infrastructure providers named in our Privacy Policy, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

WODY Passport is a fictional community document generated by Wody for fun. It is not an identity document, it has no legal value, and it is not issued, verified, or endorsed by any government or by Discord.

Each Discord account can claim one global passport with /claimpassport. Nobody can claim it for someone else, and nothing is counted before it is claimed. Afterwards it is shown with /mypassport or /passport, and there is no separate switch. The card shows your Discord display name and avatar, a passport number generated by Wody, the claim date, the days since you claimed it, and the number of servers that use Wody in which you are banned.

The first 1000 passports ever claimed are Genesis passports. They get a Genesis number from 1 to 1000, given in the order of claiming, a special passport number and a black and gold card. The Genesis number never changes and is never reassigned to someone else.

The ban count only reflects servers that use Wody and where Wody is allowed to see the ban list. It can therefore be lower than the real number, it is not a statement about servers Wody cannot see, and each server decides its own bans. It is a number only, never the names of the servers or the reasons. Other members can display your passport in a channel with /passport. Bots do not have passports. A shared cooldown applies to the passport commands. Details of the data involved are in the Privacy Policy.

WODY Collab is a board on the website where members post what they need (a "collab") and other members apply to help. Wody only provides the board and the messaging. Wody is not a party to any agreement between members, does not take part in, guarantee, supervise or verify any work, and does not handle payments, escrow or fees. Prices, budgets, payment terms and payment details are not allowed in a collab, in an application or in a message, and the automatic check and the WODY team may hold or remove content that contains them.

You are responsible for what you post, for the people you choose to work with, and for any arrangement you make outside Wody. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, harassing or misleading content, do not impersonate anyone, and do not put personal contact details in public text. Members can report a collab. Several reports suspend it automatically until the WODY team has reviewed it. The WODY team and, for a collab posted for a server that turned on approval, the owner of that server, can approve, reject, ask for changes to, or suspend a collab. A suspended collab is hidden and cannot be edited until a decision is made. You can delete your own collabs from your profile, except while one is suspended or being checked.

Your profile is the one place where you manage your collabs, applications, messages, social links and notification settings. Your name, picture and Discord name always come from Discord and cannot be changed in the profile. The social links you add must point to the platforms offered there and must be your own. They are shown on your profile and, only if you switch it on, to the authors of the collabs you apply to. Your profile is public to every signed in member at wody.online/profile/{username}, and a TikTok account you connect is added to it automatically. By using the website and Collab you agree that your profile is public in this way; you can hide any social link, including TikTok, or turn sharing off in your profile settings. You can remove them at any time. You can turn Collab notifications on or off in your profile; notices about the moderation of your own collab are always recorded in the profile. Do not use the messaging or the notifications for spam or abuse. Wody may limit, suspend or remove access to Collab for abuse. Details of the data involved are in the Privacy Policy.

When you add an image to a collab by link, you confirm that you have the right to use and share it, and WODY stores a copy of it. Do not link to content that is unlawful or that you are not allowed to share. Your vacation status is visible to the people described in the Privacy Policy and must not contain contact details or personal data of anyone else.

Server owners can create categories for their own server in the Dashboard and decide who may post in them: everyone in the server, members with chosen roles, or only the server staff. A collab made for a server must use one of that server's own categories, so nobody can post for a server that has none. You can only post for a server you are a member of and only in a category you are allowed to use. The server owner and administrators can use every category of their server. The server owner is responsible for the category names and may change or delete them at any time; collabs in a deleted category move to Other Services.

To protect the board, Collab limits how often you can post: one new collab per minute, a limited number of new collabs per server per day, and no repeated posts with the same title. If you post and delete collabs again and again, posting is paused for 30 minutes. Wody may change these limits to stop abuse.

We can update these Terms whenever needed. The date at the top always shows the last revision, and meaningful changes will be announced on our community server where practical. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

If a court finds one part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the service.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and, where applicable, European Union law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence if you're elsewhere in the EU.
