Wody, the Discord bot and this dashboard, is operated by Păcurar Ancuța-Narcisa, an individual based in Târgu-Mureș, Romania (the "Operator"). Reach us at teamswody@gmail.com. The service has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or sponsorship by Discord Inc.

By inviting Wody to a Discord server, logging into the dashboard or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If any of that doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.

Wody is a Discord bot paired with this web dashboard. The homepage presents 15+ modules covering the core community management features below, with changes configured from the dashboard and applied without a bot restart. The service is free to use, while Premium access is invitation-only and unlocks additional features and higher limits. Between them they cover:

• Welcome & Auto Role: custom welcome messages, DMs and auto-role assignment on join. Embed or plain text with dynamic placeholders.
• Goodbye: sends a farewell embed when a member leaves the server. Fully customizable.
• Moderation: all the essentials, including /ban, /kick, /timeout, /warn, /purge, /slowmode, /lock, warnings history and mod-log persistence.
• Automod: layered protection for spam, invites, links, mentions, raids, scams, phishing, bad words, caps, duplicates and message floods with a role whitelist.
• Tickets: button panels, private channels per user, claim by staff, closable with automatic transcript export. Standard servers can have up to 3 ticket panels; Premium raises that to 9.
• Reaction Roles: four modes (normal, toggle, unique, verify) covering self-assignable roles. Standard servers can have up to 3 reaction role panels; Premium raises that to 9.
• Giveaways: one-click entry, automatic ends, reroll winners. Standard servers can have up to 5 active giveaways; Premium raises that to 15.
• Levels: XP-per-message with cooldown, level-up messages in a dedicated channel, /rank and /leaderboard.
• Suggestions: members submit ideas, moderators approve or deny with buttons, and the embed history is preserved.
• Auto Responses: trigger-based automatic replies, case-insensitive, with an exact-match option. Standard servers can have up to 5 auto responses; Premium raises that to 15.
• Custom Commands: simple prefix-based text commands, perfect for !rules, !info, !partners and every FAQ answer. Standard servers can have up to 5 custom commands; Premium raises that to 15.
• Embed Builder: design and send rich embeds with title, description, color, footer, image and thumbnail straight to any channel.
• Scheduled Messages: sends plain text or embeds at a set time, once or on a repeating interval, fully managed from the dashboard. Standard servers can have up to 1 active scheduled message; Premium raises that to 3.
• Forums: automatic tagging and cooldown policy applied to forum posts. Standard servers can have up to 1 configured forum channel; Premium raises that to 3.
• Full logging: message delete/edit, member join/leave and every mod action logged with timestamps.
• Vote: a command that lets you vote for Wody on listed bot directories, with your lifetime vote total tracked against your Discord account.
• Backups, Premium: snapshot roles and channels, restore in one command.
• Temporary Voice, Premium: join-to-create dynamic voice channels.

What Wody Counter actually does

Wody Counter is a free Discord bot from the Wody ecosystem for counting channels. It can reset the count when a participant makes a mistake and allows authorised administrators to restrict participation for specific users. Wody Counter is provided without a charge.

• Free forever.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Configuration for all of this is set through the dashboard and applied by the bot, so changes take effect right away. The homepage describes Wody as free forever, meaning that Wody is currently provided without a charge, and lists a 24/7 uptime target. Neither statement guarantees that the service or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely or without interruption. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly described here, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord for your country or region, including any higher minimum age required by applicable local law, to use Discord and, through it, Wody. Wody does not set a separate lower age limit and does not override Discord's age requirements. If applicable law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian for your use of an online service or for a particular processing activity, that requirement continues to apply. To change any setting for a server through this dashboard, you must be that server's owner, or hold a role the bot recognizes as authorized to manage it. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service follows the laws and mandatory rules that apply to you. Wody is made available internationally, but the service is not represented as lawful or appropriate for every person, purpose or jurisdiction. Where the use of a feature is restricted or unlawful under applicable law, you must not use that feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

You won't use the service to:

• Break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any law that applies to you;
• Spam, phish, spread malware, run raids, mass-DM, or harass anyone;
• Try to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, the dashboard, its API, or its database, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your relationship to a server;
• Pull personal data on other Discord users beyond what Discord's own APIs already expose through normal use;
• Do anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

You are responsible for granting the bot only the permissions you intend it to have and for reviewing those permissions before inviting it to a server. Breaking any of this can get your access cut off, the bot removed from the server involved, the server blacklisted, and where warranted, reported to Discord Trust & Safety or the relevant authorities.

Anything you write into the bot, welcome messages, custom commands, auto responses, ticket text and similar, is stored so the bot can use it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You're responsible for that content: that you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or violate Discord's own rules.

Premium is free and no payment changes hands, so there is nothing to refund and Premium has no monetary purchase price. The homepage describes Premium as invitation-only. It unlocks Backups, Temporary Voice channels and higher limits across modules. There are two ways to get it:

• Discretionary grant: usually to server owners who actively promote Wody, approved manually after you reach out in our community server;
• Vote unlock: use the /vote command to vote for Wody on the bot directories it links you to; once your lifetime vote total on your Discord account reaches 100, open a ticket in our community server to claim your Premium key, which can then be activated on any server you own.

A Premium key is rate-limited, tied to the account or promotion it was issued for, and can be activated on one server at a time. We can grant, withhold, revoke or pull premium access at any time, for any reason, including if the promotion behind it turns out to be fake, if votes are found to be manipulated or automated, or if the underlying directory removes the vote.

Wody is designed to be available continuously, and the homepage lists a 24/7 uptime target. This is an operational target, not a promise that the service will be available without interruption. Like any online service, Wody may experience temporary downtime, maintenance, technical failures, hosting incidents, Discord API or platform outages, network problems, or other events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage, response time, or uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed, limited or removed when necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for downtime arising from maintenance, hosting incidents, hardware failures, software bugs, third-party API changes, or any interruption to the service.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, including signed HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite session cookies, a short-lived OAuth2 state check, HTTPS encryption, server-side authorization checks and established infrastructure providers such as MongoDB Atlas and Vercel. The dashboard session data and Discord OAuth tokens are kept server side rather than inside the browser authentication cookie. The browser session cookie can remain for up to 7 days, while the server-side session may expire sooner based on the Discord access token lifetime. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Wody is operated by an individual rather than a registered company. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You give the bot permissions on your server at your own risk. Review what it asks for before inviting it, and keep your own backup of anything on your server that you would be unable to replace.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights, to the extent such claims arise from your unlawful use of the service.

Remove the bot from your server and log out of the dashboard whenever you want to stop. We can suspend or end your access, or the bot's presence anywhere, at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably practicable, including where necessary to protect the service, other users or comply with legal obligations, or for shutting the whole service down.

The Wody name, logo, and the dashboard's design belong to the Operator. You get a limited, revocable license to use the service as intended. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from the code, design, or branding needs our written permission first.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, hosting failures, Discord service interruptions or governmental actions.

We can update these Terms whenever needed. The date at the top always shows the last revision, and meaningful changes will be announced on our community server where practical. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

If a court finds one part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the service.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and, where applicable, European Union law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence if you're elsewhere in the EU.
