Wody Themes
Themes change how your server’s public pages look on the Wody website: colors, scenes and effects. They never change how the bot or your Discord server works.
How it works
Wody offers official themes (Miami Neon, Synthwave, Aurora, Cosmos, Sakura and Midnight Ocean) and can add seasonal or event themes. You pick one, adjust it, preview it and publish it. Each server has its own settings, so a change on your server never affects another server.
Who can change what
Themes are a Premium feature. Servers without Premium keep the standard look. Dashboard > Premium > Theme Studio.
Premium servers (Dashboard > Premium > Theme Studio) get all palette colors, a gradient, glass and blur, border, shadow and navigation styles, ambient lighting, animation strength, background movement, particle density, layout density, a choice of scenes, up to three custom sections, a logo and a custom banner image link.
Global themes, their images and publishing schedule are managed only by the Wody Owner. Servers cannot edit or replace them.
Scenes and effects
Every theme is built from a scene (a neon sunset, a synthwave grid, an aurora, a starry cosmos, a cherry blossom dusk or a moonlit ocean) and a set of soft effects such as stars, neon streaks, petals, bubbles or snow. Colors, scene and effects can all be changed with Premium. Effects are light, slow and never flash.
Accessibility and performance
Text colors are checked for contrast, so a theme or server cannot make text unreadable. Visitors who prefer reduced motion see a still scene. Every visitor can turn effects and animations off, pick a quality level (Low, Medium, High, Ultra) or let Wody choose. Lightning is always soft and slow, safe for people sensitive to light. If a page runs slowly, effects switch off automatically and the still background stays. If an image cannot load, the page falls back to the standard look.
Images and licensing
Backgrounds and logos are separate, optimized image files, not code drawings. Every image carries a license record and is checked for format, size and dimensions. SVG files, scripts and executables are rejected. Images are stored as files; the database only keeps references.
Safety
Themes contain only fixed choices, colors and numbers. No JavaScript, CSS or HTML can be added, and a theme can never touch other servers, permissions, sign-in or security. Every change by the Owner or a server manager is recorded in an audit log with who, what, when and the result.
Frequently asked questions
Does a theme change how the bot works?
No. Themes only change how your public pages on the Wody website look.
What do the themes look like?
Each official theme is a scene of light and atmosphere, such as a neon sunset or a night ocean, with soft moving effects. There are no characters.
How do I turn the animations off?
Open the theme settings button at the bottom of the page and switch off Visual effects and Animations, or set your device to reduced motion.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes, with Premium. A Premium server can upload its own logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 1 MB), pick another scene, link to a banner image on a secure address and add short custom sections.
What happens if Premium ends?
Your Premium theme settings are kept but only the basic ones are shown to visitors. They apply again if Premium comes back.
Who can publish a theme on my server?
Only people who can manage your Discord server. Wody checks this with Discord every time.
