Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Wody respects copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property. Third-party games, studios, brands and artists own their works. Using a work in Wody does not give you or Wody any right to it.

Wody does not run a gallery of third-party artwork, does not bundle official artwork of games or studios, does not scrape such artwork and does not sell it. Themes and scenes provided by Wody are original and drawn by Wody.

If you upload or link an image or a song, you must have the necessary rights or another lawful basis. Each time you publish or edit your public profile you confirm this, and you accept the policies, by ticking an unchecked box, and before uploading a song you confirm separately that you own it or have the rights holder's permission. The confirmation is your statement. It is not a guarantee and it does not make unauthorized use lawful. You alone are responsible for the music you upload or link.

Use the Copyright complaint form. Please give: your name or organization, a way to contact you, a description of the protected work, a link or other identification of the original work if available, the profile or customization where you found the material, why you believe it infringes, and your confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

We do not ask for a postal address unless the law requires it. Your contact details are not shown to the user concerned.

1. The complaint is recorded and the content is identified.
2. The operator reviews it. If it is unclear, we may ask you for clarification.
3. If the notice is sufficiently precise and the content appears unlawful, access to the content is disabled or the content is removed.
4. The uploader sees a notice and can appeal.
5. The decision, its reason and the time are recorded.

Wody does not promise a fixed removal deadline. Where the law requires specific steps, those steps apply.

Confirmed violations are counted. Repeated violations can lead to a suspension of customization, or to the suspension or block of the Discord account linked to the profile for Wody features.

The user whose content was disabled can explain why the use is lawful through the appeal on the profile page tab. Wody reviews it and may restore the content or keep it disabled. Wody does not restore content automatically after a fixed time. Images that are only linked are not stored by Wody: they stay visible only while the link remains valid on the hosting platform.

Wody cannot detect every infringement. Reports and review are the main way problems are found. This procedure is not described as compliant with any specific foreign law. Which legal regime applies to Wody, and the exact obligations that follow, must be confirmed by a qualified Romanian or EU lawyer.
