Discord Scheduled Messages Bot, Send Announcements on Time
Schedule plain text or embeds once or on a repeating interval, so reminders and announcements go out without you.
Weekly event reminders, daily tips and recurring rules posts are easy to forget when they depend on a person. Owners want them to appear on time even when staff are asleep or in another time zone.
Wody sends plain text or embeds at the time you set, once or on a repeating interval. A free server can keep 1 active schedule, and Premium removes the limit.
Who it is for
- Owners with weekly events, reminders and recurring announcements
- Communities across time zones where the right hour matters
What goes wrong elsewhere
- A nine o clock post can land at the wrong hour when the time zone is wrong
- Daily check ins and weekly recaps are copied by hand until someone forgets
- A missing channel permission makes a scheduled post fail without any visible error
What's included
Plain text or embed
One time or repeating interval
1 active schedule free, unlimited with Premium
Set from the dashboard
Ideal for events, reminders and weekly posts
How to set up Scheduled Messages
Here is how to get Scheduled Messages running on your server, step by step. It takes a few minutes.
Add Wody and open the dashboard
Invite Wody to your server, then sign in to the dashboard with Discord and pick your server. In Discord you can also run /dashboard to get the link.
Turn on Scheduled Messages
Open Scheduled Messages in the sidebar and switch it on if it is off.
Set it up
Choose what you need and save. Changes reach the bot instantly. You can set:
- Channel, date and time
- Text or embed with image and color
- Roles to tag and repeat interval
Check that it works
Try it in your server. If something is missing, Wody tells you exactly what, for example a permission, and the Error Log in the dashboard shows it. You can come back and change anything at any time.
